Greenfold local newspaper reveals Aragon Speed is in the area.

Thats right folks, we can exclusively reveal that the man with the black swords is roaming the area. A number of people have reported sightings of the enigmatic man. Including local farmer Jonas Keeling.

"Yer, 'ee comes out dat there treeline. Wanders doon the edge of mah cabbige field over yonder, bold as brass 'ee was. You'd think 'ee owned da place.

Then 'ee jumped the wall t'lane, and wanders away toward town.

I knew it were 'im, he ad those damned cursed swords 'cross 'is back, and was wearing that dull brown cloak of 'is."

For those of you that don't know about this man, here are some of the more common rumours about him. I would like to stress that these are rumour and here-say only. - It is nearly impossible to discover any hard facts about this man or his motives.

Aragon Speed is an unusual man. He is polite and courteous in an almost old fashioned way. Which in the modern world seem odd and out of place.

He is also unusual in the fact that he does not lie as a general rule. A habit that has got him into more trouble than anything else, and can disconcert people that don't know him. It's not that he doesn't lie, it's just he does not feel lying for no reason is necessary. About the only time this man will lie is if it would endanger his or another's life to be truthful.

He is the type of man that if he says 'You are a beautiful woman.' to a woman, that is exactly what he means. There are no hidden meanings or connotations. It would be the same as him saying "That is a beautiful tree" or "waterfall", is stated as a fact, rather than trying to win the womans affections.

Many people respect this about Aragon, and it is said he has the ear of the Emperor because the Emperor knows that any question he asks Aragon will be answered to the best of his knowledge (whether the Emperor likes the answer or not).

Because of his manners and truthfulness, he intensely dis-likes people who are rude and without manners.

He is a master swordsman, and carries two Katana's in an X across his back, with one hilt showing above each shoulder. It is rumoured that these weapons are infused with two passive magics. One that renders the weapons indestructible, and one that negates other magics and/or innate special abilities rendering the wielder immune to those type of attacks. In some out of the way corners of the land, it is also rumoured that this effect also extends to the powerful magics used by Demons, and that Aragon has been instrumental in changing the course of more than one battle with the hordes of hell.

This would explain the black bladed swords in this reporters opinion, but who knows.

Despite how famous he supposedly is with underground factions, or whether he has connections to the Emperor or not, he is undoubtedly well trained with these weapons, but contrary to many of the most famous stories about this man, he does not actually like fighting or battle, and will avoid it if he can.

This is thought to be the reason for the only other skill he ever mastered. Stealth! It is rumoured that he can turn himself invisible, but this reporter doubt's that. Especially as this is the only rumour that there is any record of Aragon publicly denying. A rumour that this reporter feels has more foundation in fact than fantasy, is that he actually learnt these skills from masters scattered across the world, and bettered them before moving on to a new one.

He is always seen wearing a muddy brown woodsman's cloak that is hooded. In this reporters opinion that would help a lot when trying to stay undetected in woods, fields, or in the darkness of the night.

So there you have it folks. You now know as much about Aragon Speed as anyone else. Which is nothing really. As such this paper will give 100, yes that's right ONE HUNDRED, gold pieces to anyone that can bring us hard, cold, provable facts about Aragon Speed. So get out there looking.... *snip*
